It was the
turn of the Lim’s to drop into the YLCO museum. They were joined by the Oh’s
from Australia.
Ignatius guided
them through the museum starting with the Lim room to get the guests acquainted
with the past.
A story he related was the 1940 marriage of Ong Seong Ngoh and Lim Cheng Keat. It was significant for it was the first time the families of Yeoh- Lim and Chew came together.
Later in the
morning saw the arrival of Datin Stella Lim as well as Yeoh Oon Kok and his missus. Stella
and Oon Kok are old friends where Stella’s brother was Oon Kok’s schoolmate.
