August 24th
was the 130th anniversary of Anglo Chinese School and Anglo Chinese
Girls School later to be known as Methodist Girls School.
While Mrs Yeoh Wai Yin was listening to the vip's speeches other YLCO members were trying to locate their grandfathers sponsored classrooms.

In the
evening the YLCO group attended the ACS/ MGS
joint 130th Anniversary dinner at Casuarina Meru. Datin Yeoh
Kian Teik was presented a Luminary Award of Methodist Education.
