Yeoh Lam Hock brought his daughter Ashley to visit the YLCO museum on 15 December. They had attended the memorial dinner for Yeoh Kian Teik / Yeoh Choo Hoon a day earlier.
Lam Hock said the visit
was to give Ashley the opportunity to get a glimpse of the museum and personally
discover her roots. She had heard stories from me, her grandfather and other
relatives but nothing can compare in terms of width and depth of being in the
museum.
She was, of course, amazed and bewildered at the same time what with Ignatius introducing not just the Yeoh family, but the Lim, Chew and Oh families as well. Ignatius had so much information to share it was an eye opening experience. But she loved it and said she will be back.
